1. General Information
By visiting JL Skaistuma studija or booking a service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. I operate in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, offering professional, safe, and individually tailored face and body treatments.

2. Service Provision
All treatments are carried out professionally, following hygiene and safety standards.

You may be asked to complete a short health questionnaire before the procedure.

Please inform me of any health conditions, allergies, or contraindications.

I reserve the right to refuse a service if it may endanger your or my health.

Aesthetic procedures are not medical treatments, and results may vary depending on individual factors.

3. Booking and Cancellation
Appointments can be made by phone, online, or in writing (via social media or email).

To cancel or reschedule, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance.

In case of a no-show without valid reason, I reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the service cost or refuse future bookings.

4. Payment
Prices are listed in the current price list and may change without prior notice.

Payment options:

• cash,
• bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.),
• bank transfer (by prior agreement).

Prepayment may be required in some cases (e.g., for promotions or longer procedures).

5. Liability Limitation
I am not responsible for results if inaccurate or incomplete health information was provided.

Aftercare instructions are given verbally or in writing — failure to follow them may affect the outcome.

I do not take responsibility for personal belongings left unattended on the premises.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)
Your personal data is processed according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data is used solely for communication, service provision, and legal compliance.

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

7. Gift Cards and Discounts
Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless specified.

Gift card value is non-refundable.

8. Conduct and Respect
Please arrive on time and respect the studio environment.

Services will not be provided to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Cleanliness, mutual respect, and responsible communication are essential for a positive experience.

9. Complaints and Questions
If you have concerns about the quality of a service, please contact me within 3 business days after the visit.

I will do my best to resolve the issue fairly and professionally.

In case of legal disputes, the laws of the Republic of Latvia apply.
